Unit 1:Flatsharing in London

Hey!

Today, you talked about the benefits and drawbacks of flatsharing.

Here is what you said:

BENEFITS :

- Thanks to flat sharing I could pay a cheaper rent.
- Thanks to flat sharing I could share the chores.
- Thanks to flat sharing I could make new friends.
- Thanks to flat sharing I could study/learn with my flatmates.

DRAWBACKS:
It would not be quiet to study.
My flatmates could be messy / may not tidy their room.
I may wait for the shower.
There could be conflicts and it would really be a pity!
Moreover they could/might steal you.
If a person doesn't pay for the rent, I will kick him out!
